A styled shoot @ Dear Park
A fantastic styled shoot for Mary Poppins Balloons
Whilst there is nothing quite like working with a couple on their wedding day, I do have to say that I love working on a styled shoot too. The great thing about these type of projects is that they give me creative freedom, that it gives me the chance to explore different ideas that I may have had on how to decorate a venue.
Another great thing is that it allows me to work with some other amazing suppliers and bring all of our different visions that we have together to create something special.
Finally, when you create a styled shoot, you can then share this with potential clients, helping to inspire them to make plans for their own event. Showing them what could be possible for them.
With all this in mind, I am happy to share with you a recent styled shoot that I worked on.
The venue
One of the key factors about getting any styled shoot right is choosing the perfect venue and I think that Deer Park really did have something special to offer. The great thing about Deer Park is that it not only is set in a beautiful area, but it manages to match up how beautiful it is outside with inside.
The other suppliers
Of course, the venue is not the only part of any styled shoot and you are going to need to make sure that you have a wide range of suppliers who can also help to bring things together. I was really lucky to be able to work on a wide range of suppliers, some of which I had admired for some time. The amazing suppliers that worked on this project were:
· Flower Wall and Love Letters by All Floral
· Table Styling by Laura Lousie Hall Luxury Wedding Planner
· Hand Painted Cake by Cut Me Off A Slice
Finally, all the hard work that we brought together was captured by the photography skills of Norsworthy Weddings.
The outcome
I absolutely love the fresh and clean feel of this particular style, although I do have to say that the beautiful sunshine that came flooding through the windows really helped with how all our hard work actually looked in the end.
Whilst I love all of the things coming together to create one coordinated look, I particularly love the way that the Love Letters come together with my balloons. It really creates a sense of elegance but still has a sense of fun about it too. Something that I really strive for when it comes to designing and decorating an event.
I hope that I get the opportunity to work on some more styled shoots in the future and I look forward to being able to share these with you to help inspire you to make your special day, even more special.
